    Add noodles, soup base & flakes

    Bring 550 mL of water to a boil, then add the noodles, soup base and vegetable flakes.

    Cook for 4 minutes

    Cook over boiling heat for 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Serve hot

    Remove from the heat and serve immediately.

    Boil the noodles

    Place the noodles in 600 mL of boiling water and cook for 3 minutes 30 seconds.

    Drain most of the water

    Drain the noodles, leaving about 7 tablespoons of water in the pot.

    Add sauce & stir-fry

    Add the sauce and stir-fry over low heat for 30 seconds.

    Finish to taste

    Add onions, shallots, garlic or hot pepper powder if you want extra flavour.
